ROSS VIVION

As Owner and Head Coach of Outcast CrossFit, Ross is someone that sets a goals and will accomplish it no matter what it takes. When Ross first started training, he found that traditional workouts were boring and too repetitious. However, once he discovered CrossFit, he realized that it was maybe the answer to his question, “Is working out always going to be this boring?”

Ross began to invite all his friends and soon enough had enough people to take the next step and open up Outcast Crossfit.

“I’m very passionate about competing and seeing poeople compete. I’m quiet but super competitive”

She started CrossFit in 2009 and hasn’t looked back since she saw the physical and mental transformations that she began to experience.

Cassie

Catana-Hsu

CASSIE CATANIA-HSU

Cassie is a coach at Outcast CrossFit who specializes in weightlifting. Before starting CrossFit, Cassie had never touched a barbell or competed in any sports which is what makes us super proud of her. Cassie trained and studied to become an expert in the field and it’s what makes her a perfectionist when it comes to proper form and technique since she knows that it can lead to some really bad injuries.

To Cassie, doing it right is better in the long-run since doing it without proper technique might give you short-term benefits but not long-term gains.

SHANNON SCHLEIFER

Shannon is more than just a coach. As a former junior elite gymnast, she took a long break from competing in anything for 25 long years. When she discovered CrossFit, it was the only thing that sparked that fire once again.

It was love at 1st lift and not before long, she was spending more and more time at the gym where she realized that her gymnastic skills could help the progress of herself and others.
